WE OFFER WORLDWIDE SHIPPING!

 

DISPATCH

Our dispatch time is up to 14 days. This is due to all of our signs being custom-made and made-to-order. Please bare this in mind when placing your order.

You will receive an email confirming your date of dispatch once your order has left our workshop.

 

RUSH MY ORDER

We do offer a 'Rush my order' service where for an additional charge, we can expedite your delivery of materials and shipping methods. Please get in touch if you wish to discuss this.

 

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are dispatched on a tracked service. Tracking details can be found within your dispatch email once your order has left our workshop. Please use the tracking details directly on the courier website to keep track of your shipment. You do not need to contact us for shipping updates.

We use a variety of couriers depending on your order and location (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx + more).

For orders of larger signs or of a value over £100, the parcel will require a signature on delivery. Please bare this in mind when filling out your shipping address.

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we require you get in touch to discuss your issue. We do not accept returns as standard due to the custom nature of the work that we do. We will of course try to resolve any issues you may have.

At times we offer the opportunity to return the item to us for a refund of the item cost if you have changed your mind or selected the incorrect materials by mistake. In these instances the refund does not include the delivery or return postage costs.

If you find that your order has been damaged during delivery, we will ask you to forward a picture of the damaged parcel and item via email (info@alicejadedesigns.co.uk) and we will replace it with no further cost to you.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please be aware of potential delays to your order due to customs checks. This can happen from time to time and is out of our control. We do not offer refunds in the event of this happening.

Please also be aware of import taxes/duties that are often required to be paid before receiving your order. Amounts payable vary between countries and states.
