RETURNS

We do not accept returns due the custom nature of the work that we do. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please get in touch to discuss your issue and we will try to resolve any issues you may have.

If you find that your order has been damaged during delivery, we will ask you to forward a picture of the damaged parcel and item via email (info@alicejadedesigns.co.uk) and we will replace it with no further cost to you.
